Weight Loss Diet Maintains A healthy And Fit Body.

– Breakfast: I am just starting out my breakfast with a first glass of lemon water and ginger power or some oat milk.
– Lunch: I always try to have a protein, a vegetable and fruit. And then I always have like fruit and nutmeg. I also have another glass of lemon water.
Dinner: I just have some sweet potatoes and then I start some brown rice with some shrimp.
