This is a healthy and tasty version of cream of Broccoli soup. You can substitute your dinner with a big bowlful of this healthy soup.
1/4 cup dry roasted powdered oats [ How to dry roast and powder oats, link below]
Water- 3 to 4 times of measure of oats or even much more according to the consistency you like.
Salt, pepper powder, little bit of sugar and very little [a dollop] of butter.
1cup par boiled Broccoli
