FITNESS | Update #3 | Creating Small Goals to Stay Motivated



Just sharing some advice on how I’ve prevented “falling off the bandwagon” and turned this whole weightloss thing into a true lifestyle. A lot of people say that when you want to lose weight, you should make it a “lifestyle change” – so this is how to make that transition more natural.     I have the same similar issues and can relate. I had a personal trainer but didn't see results and felt like I was wasting a lot of money… so I started to do cardio 5 days a week for about 45 mins per day and started to feel great. I have hypothyroidism and have tried any and everything. So your videos are very motivating and I'm glad to know I'm not alone. Thank you!

    I started to eat better and workout too !! its been about 2 months im not guna lie I cheat a lot on the weekends but I do eat way less and healthier during the week maybe that will help u be strict on the week days but on fri and sat have cheat meals or snacks u no idk its worked for me and makes me feel like im not depriving myself from everything u can do it Sam I have started diets an failed so many times until finally like you said I just got used to eating better little by little 🙂 baby steps no matter what just don't give up dont even weigh urself wait like 1 month that makes us feel really bad if we see no progress then I think that's what causes us to fail and give up Goodluck! Ive lost 10 pounds in 2 months (:

    @Samantha Vay awesome video!! Please do more like this, anything fitness related is my life right now. I've put on 20 pounds in 6 months,Since i started lifting. I've had to stop weighing myself because of how discouraging it was becoming. I love weight training just like you, because you can see progress every week. Just like you said.     Thank you for this video. My husband and I were so good about this for a while and then we got sick one week and it all went downhill from there! We really need to get motivated again.
