Get real matcha.. the Lipton is just using the name.. real matcha is like powder and only teaspoon is needed. It is green tea and it's grinded down to it finest form.. what makes it so good I'd how it's grown and processed.. also the only good matcha is one from Japan. Only brand that I've seen so far is David's tea which gets there's from japan.. but it's expensive 70 bucks for like small chips size bag..

i love the Yogi Detox tea even though i dislike the smell very much it is good for your insides girls
The teas are the truth that smooth move omg will get you going no doubt I just bought abt $25 worth of tea to have in the mornings but I will say make sure you are drinking water when you drink these type teas because they will clean you out
I'm not a tea drinker but I do enjoy green tea whether hot or cold. But I need to lose weight as well as a lifestyle change so I want to try it. If you had to pick one to try first which would it be. And I might have to do the spearmint stuff because although it hasn't been diagnosed I feel like my hormones are out of wack. I have hair in places I shouldn't lol
