Good luck on your journey. Thanks for sharing your personal experience. I LOVE Epsom salts for cleansing the ENTIRE digestive tract. I do a lot of yoga and meditation myself and you digestive system is a very important part of your body to unblock and clear of waste in order to feel more clearheaded. I large part of our physical, spiritual, and mental wellness is strongly affected by our gut health.
That being said, yes Epsom salts taste extremely unpleasant almost like a chemical, not salty. What works for me is to not dissolve the Epsom salt at all. I put a tablespoon, add it to a cup of water and quickly suck it all down with a straw (letting it dissolve in my stomach instead so I hardly taste it) bypassing my taste buds, then I chase it with any kind of fruit juice and the sweetness kills any aftertastes. I been doing it for a few years once or twice a month and it makes me feel great. Also, I no longer get water retention which use to be a huge "weight loss plateau contributor".
Plus, you're the 1st person in awhile that I've seen do it the right way. One big gulp, no sips.
I've got my Himalayan pink salt(which btw is a better option vs epsom). I need a day, where I'll be at home to release the demons(if ya know what I mean🤣). I really need to hydrate & cleanse.

Good morning ☀️ sis yes a fasting with GOD and it will be a success, because some of us forget without him we can’t do a journey. I know that you can do all things with him that strengthen you.. Girl I needed a chaser with you, but I would had to get me some juice. I am trying apple juice right now I hope it works like it does my granddaughter. Tfs be blessed
