Hi lovies! This fitness vlog is all about living a productive & healthy life while showing you what I eat in a day. Today was busy and packed with lots to do so I thought I’d show you so you can see that you can be busy & stay healthy all at the same time. It is possible to eat well and be productive so being too busy to workout and eat well is no longer an excuse – you have to make time and trust me it’s worth it!

    I'm a guy. It's cool that you are giving young girls motivation to be healthy and productive and from a guy's perspective it's interesting to see how much work goes into looking as glamorous as you do during the day. I personally prefer girls that look more natural, but I also realize you aren't looking a certain way to necessarily impress guys, but are also doing it to express yourself.

    I use a smoothie as a meal. I drink a spirulina smoothie every morning for breakfast with half a banana, water, ice, spirulina, protein, chia seeds and peanut butter. It has enough fat and protein to keep me full until my morning snack, a perfect amount of calories for a breakfast, full of vitamins and minerals (I drink it for my iron intake from the spirulina) and it's SOOOOO good. Just add more ice for a thicker smoothie/smoothie bowl 🙂

    With smoothies the concern often is that because of the amount of sugar that you can consume at one time the body's ability to process it in the blood stream is limited. However because its blended up, you actually still consume the same amount of fibre and get fuller quicker. The same cannot be said for juice though.

    the fact you and ur mom work out together is amazing. my parents actually call me fat or call me out sayin im eating too much but really its going to be 3 months im eatin healthy, and i have lost weight, (a skin tight dress that didnt fit,fits AGAIN) and i live with my parents and when i eat healthy they question my food and judge me. how do i eat healthy living with my parents? also i do try to tell them the nutrition facts ive learnt over the months they just dont wanna hear it. and i do want my parents to be healthY as well cause i love them…. but… jeez

    I feel like the only danger with smoothie it's because you don't make it yourself (unless you do obviously) and that can be a lot of sugar. I try and really use a lot of spinach based smoothie so I'm not adding in tons of fruit like I'd love to. But I see what you're saying about body not working as hard. Love you girly 💕💕

I'm from Spain and it's 1.30AM now and I've been watching your videos for two hours or something like that.     yeah lol smoothies are literally so bad for you because they have so much fruit which is a ton of sugar, and i'm glad you brought that up bc no one seems to understand that lol. i definitely use them as a treat once every few months but since they feel more healthy than say like a milkshake i think it's "better" in the sense that you don't feel like you're getting off track with your diet and give up because you ate one unhealthy thing and make you feel gross after if that makes sense

    it honestly depends on what you put in your smoothie. The stuff you said you put in yours is honestly really low calories so it isn't when you think about it is a small meal. Don't stress hun and don't believe everything you read! Listen to your body and if smoothies fill you up and make you feel good, eat them and enjoy it x

    i use half a banana, shit ton of spinach, protein powder, berries, and sometimes peanut butter. 2 bananas an entire apple and berries is way too many carbs and sugar lmfao
