Tasty Weight Loss diet recipe (Sugar-free beetroot halwa / dessert)



Ingredients:
2 beetroots,1 tablespoon butter,1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
4 cardamons ,few cloves,few tablespoons of water to cook the beetroot, khava 125 grams, toppings- fresh cream and honey.
u can use sugar during cooking, i preferred not to use and used honey as topping .
