    I love how you don’t have this strict diet mindset and that you still enjoy the “bad foods” without feeling bad 🙈
    And your Story Time about your restricted diet in Cali sounds very similar to my old diet – it was so bad going “cold turkey” and I definitely did more damage over time especially to my metabolism 🙄
    But you live and you learn 🤷🏽‍♀️😌
    I also need to do my daily stretches otherwise I feel super groggy 😅
    And I agree: If you wanna tone up and build muscle you have to lift some weights but you should never do more than you can handle!
