20-minute Glute Isolation Activation Workout. Booty Gains. This class will work on First Activating the Glutes – basically we will create the mind body connection to the muscle and find a way to isolate them with particular moves so that they WAKE UP. After they are activated we will incorporate some compound moves which will target the glutes more than usual. Compound moves can sometimes use a mostly the quads and somehow leave the glutes inactive. Through these targetted sessions we will learn to connect to the glutes as well as the hamstrings, back, and quads. Strength plus Fun equals GLUTE BOOTY ISOLATION HIIT WORKOUT.
