20 minute Glute Booty Isolation HIIT Workout | Ali Kamenova Yoga

20-minute Glute Isolation Activation Workout. Booty Gains. I am preparing a 30 Day Booty Challenge that will start on April 1st on my website under membership so if you are not a member please consider joining me for this fun yet effective challenge. I will of course share some booty sessions for Free on this channel. This class will work on First Activating the Glutes – basically we will create the mind body connection to the muscle and find a way to isolate them with particular moves so that they WAKE UP. After they are activated we will incorporate some compound moves which will target the glutes more than usual. Compound moves can sometimes use a mostly the quads and somehow leave the glutes inactive. Through these targetted sessions we will learn to connect to the glutes as well as the hamstrings, back, and quads. Strength plus Fun equals GLUTE BOOTY ISOLATION HIIT WORKOUT.

    Whew! Did not think this class would be as sweaty but wooo was I pleasantly surprised :') Legs feel super shaky and I feel super energized for the day 🙂 Could not keep up with some of those tough ones- like the sumos, man were those rough! Gives me so much to work towards <3 Namaste BYs!

    I love this, Ali! Thank you for the reverse planks…wow those were killer! Do your feet stay straight or bend out a little when doing reverse planks? I so appreciate the class because I'm so weak in my lower back and abs from having twins and bf-ing/bending over lots…still have a small diasis recti, but I'm getting stronger every day. My girls (who are just over a yr old) love to watch your yoga and dance around when your intro plays 🙂

    Hi Ali – I did this with your most recent espresso shot class this morning and noticed you are wearing the same colors in both classes, maybe they were meant to go together? 🙂 In any case – both were wonderful workouts! I was tired because my two year old has just been awakening in the middle of the night to nurse suddenly this week (maybe a growth spurt or something because he usually sleeps straight through).  These classes woke me up and worked my muscles at the same time, I am refreshed – thank you! I'm adding to this comment the next day – boy did I feel these classes in the back of my thighs and bottom! Such a great workout and you made it fun!

    Love this class!!! I don't sweat too often but this one got me wet! also I can see my booty looking better because you have beed doing a lot of low back strengtheners in your classes lately! makes my back to booty ratio very sexy.
