20 min Total Body Workout – NO IMPACT – Kardashian Butt | Ali Kamenova Yoga

Total Body Blast with Focus on the Booty. One more Bulgarian Split Squat Variation which is a killer. And I do not say this lightly. It is a very very challenging and thus strength building exercise.
Low squat walk. Focused ab work.
